Anti-static calcium sulphate raised floor is composed with calcium sulphate core board, surface covering, bottom layer, sealed edge, the floor panels are supported by adjustable pedestals and the corner and stringers under four sides, all the material is treated with anti-static function, so the static from the body moving on the top of the floor can be transport to the ground through the raised floor system.
The core board is made by pure gypsum powder, plant fiber, and water, by high press molding process, after procedure of molding, acclimation, profiling, surface and bottom laminating, sealing, packing. It is the general production working flow of calcium sulphate raised floor.
There are many kinds of surface covering material can be laminated on the top of the floor panel, the most popular material is HPL (high press laminate) which is in high wear-resistant, water-proof and anti-slip, also ESD vinyl tiles and ceramic tiles are optional to the top layer of the floor panel. The bottom layer could be galvanized steel sheet of aluminum foil which is moisture proof to the core board and increase the physical strength of the floor panel.

HPL which is 1.3-1.5mm thickness and the thickness of the bottom steel sheet is no less than 0.5mm which is at least 20 years warranty. All the surface material is treated with anti-static function, the surface resistance is 106-1010 ohms. The main performance is matching EN12825 standard, even Some indicators exceed standards by some customized items.
